Job summary

Harris & Lee Environmental Sciences (HLENV) seeks an experienced EHS professional with an industrial hygiene background for a full-time position. The role supports biotech/pharma, technology, manufacturing, and government clients across the San Francisco Bay Area while offering virtual work from home when not on client sites.

Responsibilities include IH exposure assessments, data analysis, and report drafting under CIH guidance, along with on-site and off-site client support.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of EHS experience or equivalent.
• CIH and/or CSP a plus.
• Familiar with federal and state EHS regulations and best practices.
• Experience conducting IH exposure assessments and reporting.
• Calibrating sampling equipment and conducting noise monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on environmental, health and safety topics with a business-focused approach.
• Conduct site health and safety and waste management inspections/audits.
• Prepare and present client training, both in-person and virtually.
• Prepare technical documents and IH monitoring reports.
