Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of EHS experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across EHS domains.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and CFATS standards.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated influential leadership in safety and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and reinforce EHS initiatives across Ardent Mills plants to align with strategy.
• Identify and drive EHS, security, food safety, and process safety projects for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Provide guidance to site leadership on effective EHS program implementation.
• Develop and monitor EHS standards, processes, and best practices.
• Analyze incidents, audits, and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and assessments.
• Oversee annual EHS Department budget within Plant Operations.
• Drive safety onboarding and training aligned with operations development strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on emerging EHS technologies and methods.
• Advise leadership on EHS strategies and enterprise initiatives.
• Provide direct leadership to EHS team members, including coaching and resourcing.
