Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking a Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety – Center of Excellence to lead EHS programs across operations. You will role-model safety, drive compliance, and coordinate between sites to reduce risk and improve performance.

This role partners with site leaders to implement standards and sustain a strong safety culture. The position emphasizes regulatory adherence, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in EHS fields across operations.
• Proven project leadership across EHS domains.
• Deep knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety areas.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for EHS programs across Ardent Mills operations.
• Drive safety culture, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Align EHS, security, and process safety with company objectives.
• Lead audits, inspections, and risk reduction initiatives.
• Develop budgets and oversee annual EHS department plan.
