Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking a Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety – Center of Excellence to lead EHS programs across its operations in the United States. The role focuses on promoting safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while aligning EHS initiatives with company values and business objectives.

The position requires travel (30–40%) and collaboration with site leadership to implement best practices, budget oversight, and training programs to strengthen overall EHS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience.
• Experience working in EHS related fields.
• Project leadership spanning environmental, health, safety, security, food safety and process safety management.
• In-depth knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety specialty areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for EHS programs across Ardent Mills operations.
• Drive culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead audits, inspections, and data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Manage annual EHS department budget and training programs.
