Job summary

International Baccalaureate (IB) is seeking a Senior CP&D Manager to oversee a portfolio of schools, districts, and systems, strengthening partnerships and enabling sustainable IB growth. You will coordinate support, share local insights with IB, and guide high-quality implementation across diverse contexts.

The role emphasizes data-driven engagement, strategic planning, and collaboration with senior leaders to navigate governance, change, and program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Education, Business, or related field.
• Experience in education leadership, school improvement, or change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of schools, groups, districts and systems to strengthen partnerships.
• Develop and deliver account management portfolio plans.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and maintain records (e.g., Salesforce).
• Provide proactive support across programme lifecycle and connect schools with IB expertise.
