International Baccalaureate is seeking a Senior CP&D Manager for the Eastern U.S. to oversee a portfolio of schools and systems, strengthening IB implementation and sustainable growth.

You will engage senior leaders, coordinate authorization and evaluation processes, and drive retention and growth with IB offerings and networks. This role emphasizes data-informed decisions and cross-cultural collaboration within a global education network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Business, Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading education partnerships or portfolios.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of schools and districts with IB support.
• Build partnerships with leaders and coordinate IB services.
• Coordinate authorization and evaluation activities with teams.
• Identify retention risks and lead issue resolution.
• Spot growth opportunities and connect to IB offerings.
• Share local insights to inform CP&D leadership.
• Adapt plans to local policy and stakeholder needs.
