Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions within the EDM healthcare platform.
• Strong knowledge of EDM UI components and EDM data model architecture.
• Experience working within healthcare domains including Claims, Encounters, Enrollment, and Provider data.
• Experience supporting Medicare and Medicaid plans, products, and related business processes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, SSIS, Stored Procedures, and PowerShell scripting.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex application, database, and data processing issues.
• Experience using Git for source code management, branching, and merging.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications and data solutions within the EDM healthcare platform.
• Analyze business requirements and implement solutions across healthcare domains including Claims, Encounters, Enrollment, and Provider data.
• Develop and optimize database objects, SQL queries, stored procedures, SSIS packages, and automation scripts.
• Support EDM platform integrations and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, batch processing, and data-related issues in production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application enhancements, testing, deployments, and releases.
• Manage source code using Git-based branching, merging, and version control best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle.
