Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Senior Editor/Designer to lead AI‑generated content and high‑performing paid social creative. You will edit video, design static assets, and craft AI‑assisted campaigns for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.

You’ll push the boundaries of AI production, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with an Art Director to deliver scalable, high‑quality assets across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, post‑production, graphic design, or performance creative.
• Meaningful professional experience across both video and static creative.
• Demonstrated hands‑on experience producing AI‑generated visuals for real client work.
• Proficiency with image, video, and voice generation tools listed.

Responsibilities

• Generate and art-direct AI visuals for paid creative across platforms.
• Prompt, iterate, and direct image/video generation to meet briefs.
• Build AI-assisted UGC and spokesperson creative with synthetic talent when appropriate.
• Combine generative and traditional workflows using techniques like upscaling and AI voiceover.
• Maintain brand consistency across AI-generated campaigns.
• Identify artifacts and errors before assets reach clients.
• Build prompt libraries and repeatable AI workflows.
