King's Insurance Staffing seeks a Sr. Commercial Casualty Territory Underwriting Manager to lead an E&S portfolio in Minnesota.
The role is fully remote with a company-issued vehicle, focusing on new and renewal opportunities, broker relationships, and strong underwriting performance within the Minnesota region. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of commercial casualty underwriting, experience in territory management, and excellent communication with external partners.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of underwriting experience in commercial casualty
- Experience in production or broker-facing territory management
- Strong risk assessment and underwriting decision making
- Excellent communication with external partners
Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate and structure E&S casualty submissions with pricing and terms.
- Assess financials, loss history, and exposure to determine risk quality.
- Build relationships with brokers and agency partners to drive deal flow.
- Support retention and pursue new production opportunities.
- Manage a designated Minnesota territory to grow premium and maintain loss experience.
- Track market trends to identify strategic development opportunities.
