• Directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow of claims.
• Monitors goals and targets for staff to meet department objectives.
• Provides technical expertise to adjusters on coverage issues and liability outcomes.
• Manages phone queues and participates in committee review processes.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
