Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce merchandising or similar online retail role.
• Proven experience developing and executing online merchandising strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce and web analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement online merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
• Manage product catalog with accurate information, imagery, and pricing.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize UX and conversions.
• Plan and execute online promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct A/B tests on product pages and navigation to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, design and product teams for cohesive branding.
• Monitor competitor sites and industry best practices for opportunities.
