Job summary

Trivium Group, a remote, full-time e-commerce growth agency, is hiring a Senior Account Manager to own outcomes for a portfolio of 20–40 brands. You’ll lead onboarding, strategy, and ongoing results with a focus on speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

You’ll work with PPC and Amazon strategists, creatives, listing and data specialists, plus Viktor, our AI ops agent, to ensure client success and measurable growth across major marketplaces.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing Account Management or Customer Success experience at a digital/e-commerce or performance-marketing agency.
• Experience managing 20+ client accounts concurrently.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and ads (Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 20–40 e-commerce brands end-to-end.
• Be the single point of accountability for client results and retention with fast onboarding and strategy setting.
• Own onboarding like it decides the account and set expectations, goals, and measurement plans.
• Analyze brand performance weekly and translate data into clear client communications.
• Coordinate with strategists daily; you own the relationship and the outcome.
