Job summary

Endeavor4 is seeking an experienced Manager, Engineering to lead day-to-day delivery across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management engagements. This senior, client-facing role owns team performance, technical execution, and release coordination while staying hands-on with design and problem solving.

The role is primarily remote with preference for proximity to the Lisle office, and involves leading engineering delivery, code reviews, and architecture decisions to ensure

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Strong experience in engineering delivery, including development, integrations, and technical architecture.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Deep understanding of X++, integrations, reporting, and technical design practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.
• Experience leading code reviews, technical design decisions, and engineering standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Owns engineering delivery quality, velocity, and predictability across active engagements.
• Leads design reviews and PR standards to ensure quality gates are enforced.
• Drives architecture decisions and platform scalability with leadership.
• Manages hiring, onboarding, and capability development across the team.
• Coordinates release planning and production support to ensure stable delivery.
