The role emphasizes proactive issue management, strong communication, and governance to ensure client outcomes and high-quality execution. Relevant PMP and Azure DevOps/MS Project proficiency are preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Dynamics ERP Implementation to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead complex enterprise software implementations from planning through delivery, with a strong focus on client outcomes, governance, and execution discipline. The ideal candidate will partner closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk across large-scale engagements. Success in this position will require strong communication, proactive issue management, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams aligned in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects aligned with client outcomes.
• Establish clear ownership and communication with stakeholders.
• Facilitate proactive risk and issue management with mitigation plans.
• Apply the company's delivery methodology and improve execution quality.
• Manage project budgets of $10M+ with disciplined forecasting and variance analysis.
• Lead or support Steering Committee governance and executive status reporting.
• Provide transparent communication on project progress and challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of ERP implementation experience.
• Minimum 5 years of consultancy implementation partner experience.
• Demonstrated project controls expertise, including managing scope, schedule, and budget baselines.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project.
