Job summary
Rose International is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to lead D365 Customer Service solutions and Power Platform implementations. The role involves customization, deployment, and ongoing support across Microsoft technologies.
You will design and deliver solutions using .NET, C#, Power Apps, and Power Automate within a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive D365 and Power Platform experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
Qualifications
- 5 years as a D365 Technical Lead.
- 8 years with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- 8 years in D365 customization (Forms/Views/Plugins/Workflows/BPFs).
- 5 years for .NET, JavaScript and C# development.
- 3 years Power Platform and Dataverse.
- 3 years with PowerApps/Power Automate connectors.
- DevOps experience in Power Platform/D365 environments.
- 5 years data integrations/migrations using ADF and SSIS.
Responsibilities
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Customer Service module.
- Design, configure, develop, deploy and use Power Platform solutions.
- Develop web components with .NET, SQL, Azure, C#; troubleshoot issues.
- Document solutions and coordinate fixes with IT resources.
- Governance and best-practice guidance for platform use at VDOT.
- Prepare mockups/prototypes and translate requirements into solutions.
- Act as IT-business liaison; support after-hours and on-call duties.
