Job summary

VDOT is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to lead Power Platform solutions, including Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. You will design, customize and deploy solutions using .NET, SQL, Azure and C#, while maintaining governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement & Customer Service.
• 5+ years as a D365 Tech Lead.
• 8+ years with Dynamics 365 customization, forms, views, plugins, workflows, and BPFs.
• 3+ years with Power Platform and Dataverse.
• 3+ years with standard & premium connectors for PowerApps and Power Automate.
• 2+ years DevOps in Power Platform/D365 environments.
• 5+ years data integrations with ADF & SSIS packages.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.
• Demonstrated experience in customization, configuration, development, deployment and usage.
• Aid in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing and support of Power Platform solutions.
• Design, develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and C#.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions and coordinate fixes with IT resources.
• Adhere to governance and best practices for platform use at VDOT.
• Develop documentation on platform usage and recommendations.
• Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and business units for issue logging and resolution.
• Assist customers in choosing between Dynamics 365/Power Platform and other tech options.
• Contribute to improving Business Enablement Services processes.
• Preferred experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
• Other duties as assigned.
