DataStaff, Inc. is seeking a Senior Dynamics Developer for a long-term contract in Richmond, VA.

The role is hybrid: the first two months in the office four days a week, then one day. You will design, configure, implement and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse; develop with .NET, SQL, Azure and C#; and help document and govern platform usage.

Qualifications

5+ years as a D365 Technical Lead.
8+ years implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
8+ years customizing Dynamics 365 forms, views, plugins, workflows.
3+ years Power Platform and Dataverse.
3+ years using connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Aid in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Design, develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and C#.
Troubleshoot and remediate Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions and coordinate with IT resources.
Understand licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Govern platform usage and develop governance approaches.
Develop and disseminate documentation on platform usage.
Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements using Power Platform features.
Serve as liaison between IT and business units and handle issue logging and resolution.
Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other offerings.
