Job summary
The Judge Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Distribution Center Optimization) to lead multi-year, multi-million DC projects across North America. You will own budgets of $10M+, drive stage-gate delivery, and coordinate with Global Procurement, IT, Supply Chain, and Operations while traveling 50–75%.

- BS in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business with 7+ years in supply chain roles.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Proven ability to validate projects and drive execution through stage-gate processes.
- Data-driven decision making with ability to collect missing data.
- Experience in process design for manufacturing of industrial products.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year, multi-million dollar DC optimization projects.
- Coordinate with Global Procurement, Indirect Sourcing and IT.
- Manage $10M+ project budgets and monthly reconciliations.
- Drive stage-gate project delivery from concept to hand-off.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, Supply Chain and Operations.
- Develop and report on scope, schedule, budget, procurement and change management.
