AGCO is seeking a Senior Business Specialist, externally known as a Business Intelligence Manager, to join the Global Distribution Management Team. The role focuses on shaping dealer and distribution performance across North America, turning data into action and enabling data-driven decisions.

You will develop dashboards and reporting, partner with leaders across functions, and drive operational excellence in a remote-capable role.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a data-driven professional with a strong business understanding.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in analytics, reporting, data engineering, commercial operations, or business performance.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive dealer and distribution performance by turning data into actionable insights across North America.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting that translate complex data into clear business narratives.
• Lead data-driven decisions to improve visibility, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and leaders on transformation projects.
