Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking an Analyst Business Intelligence Automation to lead BI and analytics capabilities across the Auto business. You will partner with sales, finance, and cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions that drive growth.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting; translating complex data into clear recommendations; and advancing data governance and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in business intelligence, analytics, sales analytics, category management, finance, data science, or related fields.
• Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights & recommendations.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI strategy, reporting, analytics, and performance measurement for the Auto business.
• Partner with sales, finance, and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions for visibility of key metrics.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate data into concise executive presentations and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and data governance.
