This role advises senior leadership on healthcare policy and shapes advocacy strategies to embed policy considerations into portfolio planning. The candidate will build trusted external relationships, lead a high-performing team, and drive patient access and sustainable growth through policy-enabled decision making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 12+ years of US public affairs or related experience.
• Experience advising senior executives on policy, reimbursement, or external environment.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated U.S. Public Affairs strategy across policy, government affairs, and external engagement.
• Advise senior leadership on healthcare policy, legislative dynamics, and regulatory developments.
• Translate external policy developments into clear business implications and action plans.
• Anticipate policy risks and opportunities; protect portfolio value and patient access.
• Oversee external consultants, lobbyists, and partnerships to align with Servier’s priorities.
