Job summary

Partner Company, a healthcare public relations practice, seeks a senior leader to drive strategic direction, client relationships, and overall business performance. The role oversees communications programs across biotech, pharma, medical devices, hospitals, digital health, and consumer wellness sectors.

The candidate will lead industry engagement, mentor a healthcare communications team, and develop productized offerings using media intelligence and regulatory monitoring.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in public relations or healthcare communications, including senior leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in FDA communications, biotech, pharma, medical devices, or digital health.
• Strong grasp of gross/net revenue retention and recurring revenue expansion, plus an extensive healthcare media network.
• Fully remote work from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, client relationships, and business performance of a healthcare public relations practice.
• Oversee communications programs for biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, hospital, digital health, and consumer wellness organizations.
• Represent the practice at industry events and in professional publications.
• Drive client retention, account expansion, and new business development with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Mentor and develop a team of healthcare communications professionals, maintaining high delivery standards.
• Develop productized service offerings using media intelligence, regulatory monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
