Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Sr. Study Operations Specialist to support the execution of oncology clinical studies, coordinating enrollment, follow-up, and close-out with investigators and study teams.

The role requires collaboration across clinical staff to ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory guidelines. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in clinical research, a bachelor's in nursing or life sciences, and familiarity with GCP/ICH, EMR/CTMS, and trial data.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, coordination, or oncology nursing preferred.
Bachelor's degree in nursing, life sciences, or related field required.
Advanced degree preferred or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, implementation, and management of clinical studies including enrollment, follow-up, and close-out.
Ensure studies comply with GCP, ICH guidelines, and local regulations.
Coordinate patient recruitment across network portfolio.
Review records to determine eligibility for oncology studies.
Document patient data in EMR or CTMS.
Collaborate with investigators, coordinators, and regulatory teams on enrollment.
