Affirm, Inc. seeks a senior leader to shape and scale Marketing Services, driving growth through merchant partnerships, platform marketing, and event programs. You will oversee multiple teams, set priorities, and optimize investments to maximize partner value and company performance.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Finance to align roadmaps, build scalable operating models, and deliver measurable business impact across the fintech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Marketplace, Events, or related growth disciplines.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary teams and growing partnerships.
• Ability to build scalable operating models and governance across marketing or commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term strategy for Marketing Services, leveraging partnerships and marketing solutions to drive growth.
• Oversee the Marketing Services team, optimizing co-marketing investments for merchant partnerships.
• Lead Marketplace Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Platform Marketing teams with clear priorities.
• Shape events strategy to deepen relationships and create commercial opportunities.
• Define investment, measurement, and governance frameworks for partner programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and other teams to align priorities and drive revenue.
• Manage large marketing investments with disciplined resource allocation and ROI focus.
• Develop scalable operating models and cross-functional execution in a dynamic environment.
