Affirm, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Marketing leader to set the vision for Marketing Services, manage/co-ordinate cross-functional teams, and drive merchant and platform partnerships across eCommerce, in-store, and app channels.

You will shape events strategy, optimize investments, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Analytics to maximize partner growth and company value in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience across Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Marketplace, Media, Events, or related growth disciplines.
• Proven success developing and executing long-term partner marketing or growth strategies.
• Experience leading through other people leaders and building high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set the long-term vision and strategy for Marketing Services and partnerships.
• Oversee the Marketing Services team and optimize co-marketing investments.
• Lead Marketplace Partnerships, Partner Marketing, and Platform Marketing teams.
• Shape events strategy to deepen relationships and generate opportunities.
• Define investment strategies and governance for marketing programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and other teams to align priorities.
