Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Assurance & Analytics to lead enterprise revenue integrity and reimbursement strategies from a Missouri base, with remote work options. The role collaborates with Finance, Compliance, IT, and Operational leaders to protect financial health of a mission-driven behavioral health provider.

The ideal candidate will have deep healthcare reimbursement expertise, strong leadership, and a track record of implementing scalable controls and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, reimbursement, or related functions; 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience with multistate Medicaid reimbursement and behavioral health reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide revenue cycle assurance and reimbursement optimization strategies across states and payers.
• Develop automated controls to identify leakage, errors, and compliance risks before financial impact.
• Oversee accounts receivable analytics, valuation reviews, and revenue performance reporting.
• Translate reimbursement regulations into actionable workflows and system requirements.
• Mentor leaders and analysts while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
