• Lead enterprise-wide revenue cycle assurance and reimbursement optimization strategies across states and payer markets.
• Develop automated controls to identify leakage, errors, and compliance risks.
• Oversee accounts receivable analytics, reserve analysis, and revenue performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, IT and operational leaders to improve outcomes.
