Oscar Health seeks a Senior Director, Regional Actuarial to guide enterprise pricing and ACA initiatives. You will lead a team, partner with Finance, Market P&L, Insurance Product, Medical Economics, and Government Affairs, and craft executive-ready reports on pricing risks and market dynamics.

In this fully remote role (U.S.), you report to the Vice President, Actuarial and influence senior leadership with insights, forecasts, and growth plans across regions and programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of quantitative analysis in the healthcare industry.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (SOA), or on track to become one.

Responsibilities

• ACA Strategy & Filings: Drive the strategic vision for ACA pricing methodologies and oversee the annual rate filing process.
• Executive Advising & Reporting: Own significant financial forecasts and deliver executive-level presentations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Build partnerships across Market P&L, Finance, and other units.
• Advanced Analytics & Growth: Lead complex analytics to inform pricing, growth and network strategy decisions.
• Advocacy & Thought Leadership: Support advocacy efforts and author actuarial thought leadership on ACA regs.
• Team Mentorship & Development: Mentor and develop Regional Actuarial team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
