Qualifications

• 10+ years of health actuarial experience.
• Deep ACA Individual Market pricing experience.
• Background leading rate development and filing work.
• Experience managing actuarial teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACA pricing strategy and rate development across a multi-state footprint.
• Evaluate morbidity trends, risk adjustment performance, membership growth, and competitive market dynamics.
• Provide pricing recommendations and financial forecasts to senior leadership.
• Partner with teams across Finance, Product, Network Strategy, and Analytics to support business decisions.
• Help determine where the organization should invest, grow, or adjust strategy based on market performance.
• Oversee and develop a team of actuaries, while mentoring future leaders.
• Serve as a key voice in discussions around ACA market performance, emerging risks, and long-term growth opportunities.
