The position reports to the Vice President, Actuarial, with a fully remote US-based setup and occasional travel. Extensive experience in healthcare pricing and SOA credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with actuarial qualifications (SOA).
• 12+ years of quantitative healthcare experience.
• Proven pricing leadership and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive ACA pricing methodologies and oversee annual rate filings for CMS and DOIs.
• Own forecasts and deliver executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
• Build strategic partnerships across Market P&L, Finance and other units.
• Lead complex analytics on morbidity trends and competitive analyses.
• Support federal/state advocacy and actuarial thought leadership on ACA rules.
• Mentor and develop Regional Actuarial team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
