Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate morbidity trends, risk adjustment performance, membership growth, and competitive market dynamics.
• Provide pricing recommendations and financial forecasts to senior leadership.
• Partner with teams across Finance, Product, Network Strategy, and Analytics to support business decisions.
• Help determine where the organization should invest, grow, or adjust strategy based on market performance.
• Oversee and develop a team of actuaries, while mentoring future leaders.
• Serve as a key voice in discussions around ACA market performance, emerging risks, and long-term growth opportunities.

This person will help shape pricing strategy across multiple states, guide rate development and filing efforts, and work closely with executive leadership on decisions that impact growth, profitability, and market positioning.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading ACA pricing strategy and rate development across a multi-state footprint
