Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling proposal content libraries or knowledge management infrastructure.
• Expert writing and editorial skills for executive-level narratives.

Responsibilities

• Define proposals function strategy and content management architecture.
• Contribute hands-on content strategy, narrative development, and quality assurance on high-priority proposals.
• Own design and continuous improvement of scalable content management systems for rapid access to content.
• Lead development of enterprise proposal standards, style guides, and review processes.
• Mentor proposals team in content strategy, writing craft, and library practices.
