Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of experience in proposal management or sales support in healthcare.
• Track record of building and scaling proposal content strategy, libraries, or knowledge management infrastructure.
• Expert writing and editorial skills with ability to craft executive-level narratives.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare procurement processes, RFP structures, and payer dynamics.
• Experience with proposal management platforms and scalable CMS.

Responsibilities

• Define proposals function strategy, including intake prioritization and quality standards, with ownership of content management architecture and tech roadmap.
• Contribute hands-on content strategy, narrative development, and QA on strategic proposals with pursuit leads.
• Own design, architecture, and continuous improvement of a scalable content management system for rapid content access by sales.
• Lead development of enterprise proposal standards, style guides, and review processes for high-quality submissions.
• Partner with sales, clinical, and marketing to align proposal content with commercial strategy; mentor team on content practices.
