Praxy is seeking a Proposals Director to lead content strategy, development, and infrastructure for high-stakes bids. This remote US role partners with proposals leadership to elevate content quality, response timeliness, and win rates across our healthcare portfolio.

You will own the content management architecture, set standards, and drive a scalable CMS that gives the sales team rapid access to accurate, compelling narratives. Mentorship and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in proposal management or sales support in healthcare.
• Proven ability to scale proposal content libraries and knowledge management.
• Excellent executive-level writing and editing skills.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare procurement, RFPs, and payer dynamics.
• Experience with enterprise proposal platforms and scalable CMS.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define proposals function strategy and standards across content, intake, and quality.
• Contribute hands-on content strategy and narrative development for high-priority proposals.
• Own design and continuous improvement of a scalable content management system.
• Lead development of enterprise proposal standards, style guides, and review processes.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical, and marketing to align messaging with strategy.
• Mentor proposals team and content library practices.
