Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers is seeking a Sr. Director, PBM Implementation and Transformation to lead client implementations across the portfolio, establishing governance, oversight, and delivery excellence aligned with contracts and client expectations.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Consulting, Operations, Analytics and external partners to scale processes, develop playbooks, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of implementation, operations, consulting, or project leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing implementation, project management, consulting, or operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of all client implementations.
• Establish governance frameworks with status reporting, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Ensure activities meet scope, timelines, and contractual obligations.
• Provide leadership oversight for implementation managers, PMs, analysts, and consultants.
• Monitor portfolio health and address risks, resources, and delivery challenges.
• Develop and maintain implementation dashboards, scorecards, and SLA reporting.
