Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in payer relations, PBMs, or related healthcare contracting.
• At least 5+ years negotiating contracts with financial terms and performance outcomes.
• Experience managing a portfolio or book of business with revenue/profitability accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations and manage an assigned portfolio of payer relationships.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to support financial and market-share objectives.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive profitability and growth.
• Build executive-level relationships with payer organizations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Coach and develop team members and contribute to negotiation best practices.
