Job summary

• 7+ years in sales, business development, account management, or healthcare contracting.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close new business agreements with measurable results.
• Experience building data-driven business cases and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities with pharmacy benefit managers, health plans, discount providers, and state Medicaid programs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities with forecasting potential business impact and tracking progress toward goals.
• Develop and present business cases and proposals that align service, quality, network design, and volume commitments with customer needs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate market opportunities, assess competitive positioning, and support contract negotiations.
• Facilitate smooth transitions of newly executed agreements to ongoing account management teams and support performance reviews during the initial contract lifecycle.
