One Call seeks a Senior Director of Operations Support to scale processes and implement scalable solutions for service delivery. You will standardize workflows, optimize efficiency, and lead cross-functional initiatives with technology and analytics.

The role reports to the VP of Operations and emphasizes automation, performance metrics, and strategic collaboration across departments to deliver business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business or accounting required or equivalent.
• Minimum eight years of management experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience in operations, customer service or contact centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategies and initiatives to support service delivery.
• Drive process standardization and workflow optimization across teams.
• Oversee tools, systems, and platforms for operational performance.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and support teams to meet service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain workflow rules and standard procedures.
