HCSC in Chicago region seeks a senior leader to develop provider network strategies across Commercial, ACA, Medicare, and Medicaid. You will partner with cross-functional leadership to execute strategic plans balancing financial discipline, quality, and access.

The role emphasizes analytics, market insights, and translating executive strategy into measurable outcomes while upholding HIPAA and corporate policies. This is a Telecommute (Remote) role within the continental United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 8 years of experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment.
• 5 years management experience.
• Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, analytics and research.
• Experience leading and mentoring staff.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with interacting successfully with senior management across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage team responsible for provider network strategy across multiple lines of business.
• Ideate provider network strategies and measure outcomes against goals and ROI.
• Develop market, competitive and internal analytics to support strategy.
• Lead the development of deliverables for internal/external audiences.
• Stay current on best practices and strategic trends in health-care products.
• Ensure HIPAA and policy compliance for the team.
• Communicate professionally with management, staff, and customers.
• Comply with HIPAA, diversity, integrity and compliance policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Provide development updates and perform special projects as needed.
