Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a senior leader to manage and optimize network governance across North Carolina, Georgia, and Illinois/Wisconsin markets. You will guide structure decisions, contract participation, and clinician engagement, driving population health and performance metrics.

You will collaborate with enterprise leaders to align governance charters, bylaws, and service agreements while coordinating with Managed Health enablement teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare planning and management to oversee core market and clinical enterprise development.
• Understanding of managed care, physician practice, contracting, and regulatory aspects.
• Exceptional communication to foster trust and strong staff/physician relations.

Responsibilities

• Define and influence network governance and structure options (ACO, CIN, contracted, owned).
• Lead evaluation of network participation in contracts.
• Oversee physician network participation and growth of covered lives.
• Provide insights on value-based contract terms and portfolio management.
• Collaborate to develop and implement network strategic plans.
• Govern governance activities and subcommittee management across networks.
