Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
• 8 years of experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Experience with strategic planning, analytics and research.
• Experience leading and mentoring staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication with senior management.
• Organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience with ROI analyses and budgeting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider network strategy across multiple lines of business including Commercial, ACA, Medicare, Medicaid.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to develop and execute business plans.
• Develop market, competitive, and internal analytics to support network strategy.
• Prepare clear deliverables and executive-level reporting.
