Pritchard Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Director of HR Administration to lead Benefits, Leave Administration, and HRIS for a large, dispersed workforce.

This hands-on role combines strategic oversight with data-driven problem solving and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR operations and 3+ years leading teams, with deep UKG Pro expertise, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible HR experience in operations, benefits, leave, and HRIS.
• 3+ years of leading HR teams or large-scale initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in UKG Pro with BI reporting, workflows, and system administration.
• Advanced Excel skills: complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation.
• Experience supporting large geographically dispersed workforces (union and non-union).
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment regulations and benefits compliance.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership, process improvements, and vendor management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Benefits, Leave Administration, and HRIS teams to ensure service quality and accountability.
• Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, workflows, and administrative processes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations on cross-functional initiatives.
• Support organizational change, acquisitions, and integrations by aligning HR programs and systems.
• Oversee health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, open enrollment, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA; administer FMLA and state leave programs.
• Oversee UKG Pro administration, reporting, integrations, and enhancements; data governance.
• Develop reporting and analytics to support decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
