Xylem is seeking a Senior Director, Sales, WSS Heavy Industry, North America to lead the commercial strategy and growth across the NA region. You will guide a high-performing team of regional leaders and drive revenue, bookings, and profitability in key industrial markets including power, chemical processing, mining, and manufacturing.
