Job summary

Registrar Corp is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead and scale our global people operations, compensation strategy, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This role reports directly to the CEO and partners with the executive leadership team to drive growth in a hybrid environment in Hampton, VA.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of HR leadership experience, strong executive communication, and a track record of building talent programs for large, mostly remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting organizations with 200+ remote employees across multiple states and jurisdictions.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations and complex employment matters.
• Strong business partnership and executive communication skills.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to align talent strategy with business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.
• Develop succession planning and leadership development programs.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Lead compensation philosophy, salary structures, pay transparency compliance, and market benchmarking.
• Manage annual compensation planning, incentive programs, and salary review cycles.
• Oversee benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and plan administration.
• Oversee recruiting and talent acquisition processes.
• Lead performance management programs and talent review processes.
• Implement initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and career development.
• Lead investigations, employee relations matters, and performance management support.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment laws.
• Maintain policies, handbooks, and employment practices that support organizational growth.
• Oversee HRIS administration and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop scalable people processes and reporting capabilities.
• Use data and analytics to support decision making.
• Support international employment operations and global workforce programs.
