Blue Yonder seeks a Sr Director of Finance Systems & Enterprise Applications to lead a global portfolio including Workday Financials, R2R, S2P, and O2C. You will partner with CFO/IT leadership to define strategy, modernize platforms, and drive enterprise-wide transformation across multiple geographies.

The role requires deep finance technology expertise, a proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams, and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading Finance/ERP or Enterprise Applications in global contexts.
• Deep Workday Financials expertise including transformation and ops leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale finance tech programs in a $1B+ org.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year Finance IT strategy aligned to CFO priorities.
• Partner with Finance leadership across Controllership, FP&A, and Procurement.
• Lead platform rationalization, modernization, and S2P/R2R improvements.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of finance technology programs with Agile/hybrid methods.
• Ensure high availability and performance of key platforms (Workday, WAC, BlackLine, ePBCS).
• Drive adoption, change enablement, and governance across Finance IT programs.
