Job summary

TNTP seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications to own Workday strategy and governance across Finance, HR, and business teams. You will translate organizational needs into platform direction, drive prioritization, and ensure changes are well-governed and aligned with business outcomes.

You will lead a team of delivery professionals, oversee the platform lifecycle, and maintain data quality, compliance, and vendor alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or graduate degree required, or equivalent executive-level experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise IT strategy, operations, or applications with significant organizational impact.
• Direct experience implementing, administering, or leading enterprise application portfolios that include Workday Financial Management.
• Experience with software development lifecycle practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing executives, cross-functional stakeholders, and delivery teams toward shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Workday, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and sustained value.
• Establish governance and operating expectations for prioritization, decision-making, and changes.
• Partner with business leaders to define problems, evaluate options, and drive decisions balancing business needs and risk.
• Oversee end-to-end platform lifecycle, including enhancements, releases, and ongoing improvements.
• Lead a team of functional and technical delivery experts and ensure ongoing improvement.
• Manage budgets and investments with financial analysis to optimize costs.
