Job summary

AnewHealth is a leading pharmacy care management company fully remote for this Application Support Engineer role. You will troubleshoot clinical applications, maintain systems, and collaborate with vendors and client teams to ensure seamless operations.

The role emphasizes incident triage, knowledgebase development, and ongoing process improvements, with on-call rotations and potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare-based help desk or support experience.
• Proficiency with healthcare software, terminologies, EMRs or EHRs.
• Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with SME-level support of at least one application.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop-like support to troubleshoot applications for end users.
• Create and manage user accounts and access changes.
• Escalate issues to development/operations and communicate status to users.
• Follow up on open requests until resolution.
• Monitor applications to prevent outages and productivity issues.
• Coordinate with client success teams on approvals and issues trends.
• Attend meetings to align support with development goals; recommend improvements.
• Document issues and troubleshooting steps for escalation and audits.
• Advise users on optimal usage and reporting opportunities.
