You will manage a high-performing team delivering scalable data foundations, Gen AI solutions, and compliant data governance in a regulated pharma environment.

You will partner with IT, data science, and business leaders to translate complex scientific challenges into actionable data products, driving innovation at scale.

Qualifications

• Expertise in real-world data assets and generating scientific evidence.
• Deep expertise across data engineering, AI/ML, Gen AI.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in data/AI with senior roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D and regulated environments.
• Proven Gen AI/LLM deployments in production.
• Creative problem solving with responsible technology.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive data engineering and Gen AI strategy for R&D.
• Lead design and deployment of scalable AI data pipelines.
• Oversee AI/Gen AI use cases from ideation to production.
• Champion governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Manage budget, resources, and timelines for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with IT and external partners.
