Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks a Senior Director of Cybersecurity Engineering to lead multi-cloud security across Azure, identity & access, and product security. This builder-leader role guides engineering systems, security controls, and regulatory compliance, translating complex frameworks into scalable, auditable engineering.

You will own roadmaps, drive security posture, and set standards for a remote-first security organization with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity, with substantial security engineering and cloud security experience.
• 6+ years leading security engineering teams, including managers, in fast-moving SaaS/cloud-native environments.
• Deep Azure security expertise with broader multi-cloud knowledge (AWS/GCP/OCI).
• Demonstrated fluency at the intersection of engineering systems, security controls, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong command of cloud security posture, workload protection, identity, app security, and IaC security.
• Experience in audited environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and turning controls into evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery across Cloud & Infrastructure Security, Identity & Access Engineering, and Product/Security.
• Lead a multi-team organization of managers and senior ICs in a remote-first model; hire and retain top security engineers.
• Set engineering standards, practices, cadence, metrics, and prioritization to ensure reliable shipping.
• Architect the organization to absorb adjacent functions like Detection Engineering and Threat & Vulnerability Management over time.
