Blue Yonder is seeking a Senior Director of Cybersecurity Engineering to lead the teams that design, build, and operate the security controls protecting our multi-cloud SaaS platform and the supply chains it powers.

This builder-leader role sits at the intersection of engineering systems, security controls, and regulatory expectations, translating frameworks into scalable engineering while satisfying auditors and customers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity with a security engineering focus.
• 6+ years leading security engineering teams in SaaS/cloud.
• Deep Azure security expertise with multi-cloud exposure.
• Experience in audited environments (SOC 2 / ISO 27001) and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the security engineering organization across multiple teams.
• Set standards, practices, and cadence for delivery and outcomes.
• Architect Azure-centric, multi-cloud security strategy.
• Embed security into SDLC with threat modeling and SAST/DAST.
• Partner with GRC, Security Ops, Product, and Platform teams.
